Artificial intelligence (AI) firm Rabbit has rejected several accusations made by YouTube investigator Stephen Findeisen, also known as Coffeezilla.
On May 22, Coffeezilla accused Rabbit of being involved in a non-fungible token (NFT) scam and attempting to hide its actions through rebranding. He focused on the company’s shift from Cyber Manufacture to Rabbit, which he claimed was not widely noticed.
The company emphasized its transparency during its rebranding and transition into AI.

Coffeezilla also alleged that Jesse Lyu, Rabbit AI’s founder and CEO, made unfulfilled promises to supporters of the Gama NFT project. He compared Rabbit’s new AI product, Rabbit R1, to the NFT project, labeling both as overly hyped and fraudulent.
In response, a Rabbit spokesperson emphasized that Lyu firmly rejects Coffeezilla’s accusations, asserting that both he and the Gama team were transparent about the project’s open-sourcing and the transition to focusing on AI hardware.
The spokesperson also clarified that the Gama project and Rabbit are separate ventures under the same corporate umbrella. They also highlighted that over 80% of Rabbit’s current employees joined after the rebranding.
Regarding Coffeezilla’s criticism of the Rabbit R1, Rabbit reported receiving continuous user feedback and detailed use cases. They claimed that 10,000 users had generated over 600,000 interactions with the Rabbit R1 in the past 30 days.
Rabbit also mentioned that it has rolled out updates in the last month to address user feedback and plans to introduce new features shortly.
Overall, Rabbit remains committed to its AI endeavors and continues to address concerns and feedback from its user base while dismissing allegations from Coffeezilla as unfounded.
